Terms of Service

At SoulSpaceHeals by Phi'Lisa, our customers come first. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy that outlines everything you need to know about shopping with us. Read below to find out how we provide the best customer experience.
All items are sold as is unless a custom piece is requested. 
All custom pieces are shown to the customer for approval before shipment. Once approved by the customer, the item/s will be shipped out to the address given to me.
Once the item/s are shipped, I will not accept refund requests.
A tracking number will be sent to the customer immediately after shipment.
I am not responsible for any issues pertaining to size, material, and where item/s were sent. All of these responsibilities fall on the customer after shipment.

Shipping Policy

All items include a $5.00 shipping fee. Premade items are shipped out within 2 days. Custom items are shipped after customer approval of item/s. Tracking numbers are given after shipment. Invoices (receipts) will be sent to the email given during checkout. There will be no returns after your purchase is shipped.

Returns

Please read the full description of the item you would like to purchase. I do not give refunds and I do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Pictures are provided. 
***Custom Items Only*** If you bought a custom piece, I will send you pictures of your item before shipment. If you do not like the item seen in the photos given, I will give you a refund minus a $5.00 fee. I will also keep that item you didn't like. Any items shipped out after approval of pictures will not be accepted as a return. There are no refunds after pieces are shipped out.
